Composition:	Each 100 gms of granules contains:

Pharmacology:	Ragi is very wholesome, highly proteinaceous, nourishing, and nutritious. Contains all the essential aminoacids. It is also rich in minerlas like Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron and other vital ingresients. It is slow to digest and due to this the carbohydrates take longer to get absorbed. It also contains plenty of cellulose and fibre which is good in constipation. Channa Gram is rich in aminoacids, proteins, minerals and other vital nutrients. Highly significant hypochelesteraemic, lipid llowering and anti-diabetic action. Aswagandha: there is experimental evidence of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties of Aswagandha. Milk fortified with Aswagandha increases total proteins and haemoglobin, hence useful as haematic and growth promotor. It is anti--stress, regenerative, stimulates immune responses as immuno modulator. It is beneficial in anxiety neurosis, failing memory and as a nerve tonic. It is adaptogen aphrodisiac, anti-inflammatory and raises serum levels of Zinc, Iron and Copper. Shatawari enchances physical endurance, prevents aging, cinfers immunity. It tonic, nutritive, demulcent, anti-stress, aphrodisiac, antacid and anti-spasmodic. Improves defence mechanism of host bodies against infections. It is useful in Diabetes. Minerals biochemically important are present in significant concentrations in Shatawari. Amla is a rich sorce of Vitamin C. It is tonic, antioxidant, antispasmodic, alcoholic extractin antiviral, raises protein levels. Useful in Rheumatic pains, in heart troubles, as adaptogen and in hyper-acidity. It improves body resistance and protects against infections and also prevents eye complications in Diabetes. Methi is a tonic useful in anaemia, in general debility. It is anti-diabetic and hypochelesteraemic. Haridra possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anitbacterial properties. It is an aromatic, stimulant and useful in Diabetes. Amla and Haldia are ingredients of Dhstri Nisha, which is an age old well accepted and established classical formulation for controlling diabetes, and is especially useful in diabetic eye condition. Bidarikhand is nutritive, tonic and adaptogen. Guargum is an unabsorbable self forming hydro colloidal polysaccharide fibre, which reduces carbohydrates absorption and improves glucose tolerances. Reduces cholestrol. Guargum has no calorific value. Glycyrrhiza is tonic, anti-inflammatory, anit-bacterial, anti-stress,antacid and antioxidant.
Indications:	As an adjuvant therapy for diabetic patients, in fatigue, and diabetic neuropathy.
Dosage:	Adults : 2 to 3 tsf of granules twice daily to be swallowed with a glass of milk or water.
