Pharmacology:

In small doses Revandchini and Balaharde act as astringent bitters and are useful in diarrhoea. Saunf relieves flatulence. Aunla is often used for regulating bowel movement. Chitrak is useful in dyspepsia, piles and stomach troubles. Talispatra is a carminative stomachic and astringent. Papai is useful in deficiency of gastric juices in dyspepsia and intestinal irritation. Kutki is used in acidity,  Bilious dyspepsia, Indigestion and loss of appetite. Balatagra is useful in stomachic. Haldi is aromatic, carminative and antihelminitic. Asgandh is tonic. Junglee Elaichi, Chiratha, Dhania, Bhangra, Ajowan, Pipli, Sunth and Jeera are very good digestives, carminatives and stomochic.  

Indications:

Weak digestion, flatulence, nervous dyspepsia. Disordered functioning of liver. Its biphasic action is useful in both hyperacidity and hypoacidity.

Dosage: Adults : 1 to 2 tablets 10 to 20 minutes before or immediately after meals.

Children : 1/4 to 1/2 tablet before or immediately after meals.
